Our medically managed weight loss program begins with a thorough assessment by our experienced medical team to understand each client’s unique health profile, challenges, and goals. Through a combination of medical assessments, personalized dietary planning, physical activity recommendations, and ongoing monitoring, we create a tailored plan that addresses both immediate weight loss objectives and the establishment of sustainable habits for the future.
Our comprehensive weight loss plan:
- Start with interview including full medical history, baseline measurements with use of BioMetrix body fat scanner, and obtaining a panel of blood diagnostics to determine eligibility, and identify secondary co-morbidities. We will provide a lab slip to obtain lab work or patient may bring recent bloodwork.
- Discuss and address behavioral contributors.
- Obtain a calorie needs assessment and decide on a dietary protocol.
- Develop an exercise regimen.
- Determine the best medication therapy to help jumpstart the weight loss journey. We use appetite suppressants(semaglutide, phentermine/topiramate, bupropion/naltrexone) along with adjunct therapies to help with loss of energy.
- Determine appropriate follow up intervals.
- All medications are included in our weight loss plan.

Amino acid, lipotropic, and peptide blends aid in weight loss. May be used as an adjunct to appetite suppressant therapy. Exercise and diet are highly recommended for best results.
Glutamine, Ornithine, Arginine, Lysine
Amino acid blend to aid in weight loss goals. Increases energy. Ideal for weight loss patient actively exercising as it increases intensity pumps. May add to other weight loss regimens. Shot is IM given once a week and titrated up to twice a week.

Methionine-Inositol-Choline-Cyanocobalamin. A lipotropic injection that facilitates the destruction of fat in the body. Aids to counteract fatigue.
