Let’s talk about skinbetter science

Make the routine make sense.

A good skincare conversation starts with what is on your shelf now. Bring your cleansers, moisturizers, sunscreen, and treatment products—or photos of their labels—so Tatiana can understand the full routine. Explain what you like, what irritates your skin, and the changes you want to see.

Linea offers Skinbetter Science skincare. The range includes products for daily care and targeted concerns. Product choice and how you introduce it should reflect your individual skin, rather than a long list of steps. [1]

Your treatment, explained

Build a routine you can actually follow

Start with the products you use most days, including anything prescribed for acne, rosacea, or another skin condition. Describe the result you want and the problems you have had with previous routines. A recommendation is more useful when it accounts for sensitivity, budget, and the number of steps you are comfortable keeping.

Linea can discuss Skinbetter Science products as part of that review. Ask what each proposed product is meant to do and where it belongs in the routine. You do not need to replace everything at once simply because you are trying a new brand.

Your treatment, explained

Introduce active products thoughtfully

Retinoids and exfoliating acids can cause irritation, especially when several products are added together. Discuss the ingredients you already use before adding another treatment product. Instructions should cover frequency, what to avoid combining, and when to check back. Sun protection remains part of daily care. [2]

Tell your provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning pregnancy, or preparing for a peel or microneedling. Keep the packaging or take photographs of labels so there is no confusion about ingredients. If your skin becomes persistently uncomfortable, pause the new product and ask for guidance rather than pushing through a reaction.

Recovery and follow-up

What to expect.
What to ask.

Know what to expect before you book.

Timing & follow-up

Different products require different periods of use before assessment. Ask when to review your routine and which signs of irritation mean you should pause and contact the practice.

Suitability & safety

Products can cause irritation or allergic reactions. Tell your provider about sensitive skin, pregnancy or breastfeeding, prescriptions, and upcoming procedures. Retinoid and acid-containing products need particular attention to instructions and sun protection. [1]

Questions
we hear often.

Do I need a completely new routine?

Not necessarily. Start by reviewing what you already use and the reason for changing each step.

Can I use these products around a peel or microneedling?

Ask for a specific plan. Some products may need to be paused before or after an in-office treatment.

How do I purchase through Linea?

Contact the lounge for current product recommendations, availability, and purchasing arrangements.

What if my skin reacts?

Stop using a product that causes a concerning reaction and contact your clinician for guidance. Seek urgent care for a severe allergic reaction.

Can I combine products from different brands?

A routine can include more than one brand. The ingredients and how you use them matter; show Tatiana the full routine so duplicate or irritating steps can be identified.

How soon should I change a product that is not helping?

The review period depends on the product and concern. Ask when to assess results and which signs of irritation mean you should stop sooner.
